If you're not happy, we're not happy. If you're not completely satisfied, our Personal Service Guarantee makes it easy for you to return any unused item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that have not been worn or washed and have all tags attached. Please let us know why you are returning or exchanging the item.
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card upon receipt of the item, minus the original shipping fee. Once we receive the item, we will send you your credit within five business days.

Gift recipients who wish to return a gift can do so even if the order was not designated as a gift when purchased. Simply let us know that the item is a gift when returning it and we'll send a gift certificate worth an equal amount to the e-mail address you provide.

How to Ship Returns

Please send your prepaid and insured returns of unused merchandise, with receipt and all tags in tact, by a traceable method of shipment to:

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please accept our sincere apologies and contact us right away at returns@wheredidyougetthat.ca . We will need to know the order number, the reason for the return, and if you would prefer a refund or a replacement. You will receive a free, pre-printed Canada Post or UPS shipping label to ship the item(s) back to us within 30 days.
